VERA MD

Terms of Service

These terms apply to consultations and treatments at VERA MD.

Consultations

Every treatment follows a consultation with Dr Aastha Godara. A consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be recommended. If a treatment isn't suitable for you, we will explain why.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are the full amount you pay, including VAT where it applies.

The consultation fee is redeemable against treatment.

Deposits and payment

A €50 deposit is taken when you book any appointment. It is offset against your consultation or treatment fee, and the balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. See our cancellation policy for details.

Age

Aesthetic treatments are only offered to patients aged 18 and over.

Aftercare

Every treatment includes a follow-up consultation as part of your care, with no additional consultation fee.

Your information

How we handle your personal and health information is explained in our privacy notice.
