Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Letting us know in good time means we can offer your appointment to another patient.

• A €50 deposit is taken when you book. It is offset against your consultation or treatment fee.
• Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment.
• With 48 hours' notice or more, your €50 deposit is refunded or moved to your new appointment.
• With less notice, or if you don't attend, the deposit is not refundable.
• If we have to cancel your appointment, you can choose a full refund or a new appointment.
